All consultation fees are waived when a client books their travel with Applebee Travel. Travelers who cancel their bookings within 60 days of travel will be assessed a $175.00 an-hour consultation fee for the time spent with a Professional Travel Advisor during the free consultation offered to previous Applebee Travel Travelers and Registered Site Members and .Applebee Travel will never be assessed a consultation fee. Please be sure to have all of your travel details at ready for your consultation. Each Free Consultation is a 30-minute event. Additional time is billable at our usual rate of $150.00 an hour
